Limits of acceptable change for Ramsar sites

Limits of acceptable change can be difficult to derive, hard to monitor and contain a lot of uncertainty. Despite this, they are a vital component in the character description and management of Ramsar sites. This presentation focuses on the context, role and development of limits of acceptable change.
