No shooting on reserve

Reports have been made of animals being illegally shot and killed at Winton Wetlands over recent days. Please note that Winton Wetlands is Crown Land and shooting is NOT permitted by members of the public.

Incidents will be reported to Victoria Police. Aside from legal and animal welfare concerns, this kind of activity is particularly reckless and irresponsible given that the Wetlands reserve is open to other members of the public including campers.

Any offenders caught will face serious legal action.
